Everything is not okay.

I can't keep a consistent schedule anymore, and I'm failing you guys at every turn. I'm trying to get over this bullshit that's happening, but it's just so damn hard to keep going and get over it. I swear I'm having a breakdown every other day.

I don't know if I'll be back. It's hard to tell in this state. If I can't give pages to you guys now, then who is to say that will I ever continue? I can't tell.

I wish I could be a computer and just endlessly churn out content at a consistent schedule. But nope. I'm human. And it sucks. There's so much that I want to tell, especially since I got to such an important part, but... I don't know if I can do it.

I'm tired. Computers don't get tired. Can I be a computer?

I'll try to come back. I want to come back. But I feel like I'm shutting down.

You guys are amazing and have made these past several months the best I've had in years.

I'm sorry.

you're a human being. And humans get tired. Sometimes you need to recharge. You have to take care of yourself before worrying about any of us.

I've really been enjoying your take on the lyoko series and I'm looking forward to where the story goes from here. But I can wait for it, especially if it's for the health and well-being of the author.

If you're really concerned about if dropping this for now might mean you never come back to it again, then maybe just switch to an easier update schedule like once every two weeks. Enough so it's still there and getting new content, but you still have plenty of time to take care of yourself.

Take it easy and I hope the stress levels go down.

I disagree, being human is awesome.

Don't sweat it.

Don't stress over it!
It's fine if you need to take a break. It's also fine if you don't do a ton of pages a week. Most of the longer running comics I've seen only update once or twice a week so it's really fine if you don't churn out 5+ comics a week. Burning yourself out is bad for everyone.

Also it's not like any of us are paying you for this. It's a hobbh not a job.

Nothing to be sorry for. If you need to take a break, or stop, that is what you need. Plain and simple. I will look forward to the next page should it ever come up, but more than anything shall look forward to things hopefully getting better for you.

We will wait, just take a break, clear your head, and come when/if you're ready to.

Take a hiatus, come back when you're ready.

What?? Just because you're not meeting your own deadlines doesn't mean it's the end of the world. I spent 5 months in psych wards in 2015, right at the time my twitter and account on this site was peaking.I had not access to paper, computers or pens. I was imprisoned. Eventually I was discharged, 5 months later. didn't really talk about missing work much but the publishing dates of my tweets and comic fury pages reveals just how long that difficult time lasted. The lesson is you should take as much time on your comics as you need and want, even if the pressure's there. I never gave up when I was cut off, and neither should you. Even if you're not in a trouble situation, you still deserve time to yourself.

It's okay.

Magic Mixture.

Please don't panic and loose you're cool. We'll all be here when you get back on track..That's what everyone did for me. I was absent for whopping half a year, from ComicFury, Twitter, And YouTube, on and off, and the public STILL embraced me online. You can do the same. It will be okay.
